By accessing or using Krilva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Krilva is an AI-powered image processing platform that allows users to apply various artistic styles and effects to their photos. The service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to process images.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years old
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payment

Our service operates on a credit system:

• Credits are purchased through one-time packages or subscription plans
• Each AI processing operation costs a specified number of credits
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Unused credits do not expire for one-time purchases
• Subscription credits renew based on your billing cycle
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Krilva to:

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Process images you don't have rights to use
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the AI models
• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images using our AI models.

Processed Images: You own the processed images created by our service, subject to your ownership of the original images.

Our Platform: Krilva, including its AI models, algorithms, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our exclusive property.

7. Content Storage and Deletion

Uploaded and processed images are stored on AWS S3. You can delete your images at any time through your dashboard. We reserve the right to delete inactive content after a reasonable period. We are not responsible for any loss of content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any service interruptions or changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krilva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Upload prohibited content
• Abuse or misuse the service

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
